    Yes, it is much cost economical and timely delivery driven. To do this, simply add your order to the cart one after the order and click ship-all to get a one-off invoice.

  • 16. AT WHAT POINT AM I EXPECTED TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER/SHIPMENT?

    Upon receiving either a single or a one-off invoice, you are expected to proceed with payment as indicated on the invoice. Your order would only be released or shipped when payment is received. A receipt would thereafter be sent to your indicated email address along with tracking details.

    Real time tracking details would be sent to you via mail the moment payment is confirmed received with receipt issued.

    As part of merchant onboarding process, you will be required to sign up to create an account with some specific contact details. This information would be used to profile your organization for easy log in to manage.

  • 22. AS A USER, HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSING?

    You will be notified every step of the way as soon as you click order to when you set your purchases sailing for delivery using specific contact information you would have filled in when placing the order.
